Return Policy
At Fitueyes, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their shopping experience. We provide professional buyer guides and considerate services to help you choose the right products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs. Here's our return process to make things easier:

Important Notice:
We only accept unassembled products for return. Once a product is assembled, we cannot resell it, so it will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for Non-Quality Issues:
- Repackage the product and send it back to our warehouse.
- Notify our support team via email once you've shipped the item.
- After we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund immediately.
- Please note: You are responsible for the initial shipping cost of £15.
Returns for Quality Issues:
- If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us immediately.
- For faster assistance, email us with your order number, contact information, reason for return, and photos of any damage or flaws (if applicable).
Hassle-Free Exchange
We offer hassle-free exchanges if the item is in stock.
- You can request an exchange within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the package has not been shipped.
- If the package has already been shipped, we will not accept exchange requests. However, you can refuse the package upon delivery.
- Please note: In such cases, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
- To cancel an order that has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If the parcel has already been processed, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse the package upon delivery.
- Please note: You will be charged for return shipping costs in this case.
General Information for All Returns:
- You can return any item within 30 days of receipt.
- All returned items must be unassembled and repackaged as originally received.
- For returns related to quality or delivery issues, we provide a prepaid return label (no extra return fee). For non-quality issues, return shipping costs will be charged.
- You are responsible for shipping the product to the return address.
- All returned items must remain uninstalled and repackaged in their original packaging for protection.
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. You will need to file a shipping claim. For protection, we recommend insuring the return package. Refunds will not be issued for damaged returns.
Warranty
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are pleased to offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for all new Fitueyes products. This warranty applies only to consumers who purchase Fitueyes products from authorized retailers or resellers.
What is Covered?
We offer a 10-year risk-free guarantee for all FITUEYES DESIGN TV Stands.
What Happens If My Product is Defective?
Fitueyes will provide free replacement parts for any defective products caused by improper workmanship or material defects. If a replacement is not possible and repair is impractical, we may refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
Do I Have to Pay Shipping Costs for a Replacement Product?
In the rare event that your Fitueyes product is defective, we will provide the replacement item with free shipping.
What is Not Covered?
Our limited warranty does not cover:
- Issues caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from material or workmanship defects.
- Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, or alterations.
- Accessories, related products, or materials not manufactured by Fitueyes.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow product usage instructions and guidelines.
The warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, or any alterations (including the removal of components or outer covers).
